“Sam is a caring team lead. He does so much to support his students and his colleagues. He is constantly handling discipline issues on our team and he handles the optioning and scheduling for all students in the high school, which is a huge job. Sam is a leader who collaborates. When he asks us to provide feedback for ILT or LSDMC, he never influences our opinions. He listens and reports back our thoughts whether he agrees with them or not. People often go to him to ask for his advice because he is objective and always willing to help no matter how busy he may be. Sam constantly works to improve his teaching practices. He just earned his official Montessori certification. He is always willing to change based on what is best for the students and the staff even when it means more work for him. Sam is fully committed to success. He holds our students to a high moral and academic standard. In doing so, we see positive growth in our students as a whole and a lot of that is because of him.”
