“Mary is a fabulous colleague! It seems she never sleeps, but we know she does sleep a little. Mary constantly creates projects, worksheets or labs for students to be sure they have various methods for learning the topics in Algebra. And then she shares! Not only does she share, she offers to be there to help a teacher implementing one of her great ideas. Mary collaborates at a high level with her math colleagues. She always wants to be sure we understand her process, her thinking, her reasoning, her work. We couldn’t do a lot of what happens in our department without Mary. She gets called on for various reasons and always steps up to help. When a colleague is unclear about a process, she offers to be right there with you to help you understand and implement — to help YOU be better also. We all absolutely love Mary Rhame!”
