Liz and Adam recognized an opportunity for process improvement and they went to work. We needed to standardize a process for tracking Mentor Teacher payments. We developed a committee that we named the “Dream Team” and these two created a Business Plus Form and a workflow process to ensure accurate tracking that will ensure timely Mentor Teacher payments.
