She has been working for the Human Resources Department for years handling certification, licensing, LPDC and a list of other related duties. Through her work, she ensures that teachers in Cincinnati Public Schools know and have what they need in order to maintain licensure, answers questions from staff, and she responds to urgent situations in a timely and professional manner. She spends many hours behind the scenes ensuring that CPS employees are eligible and prepared to instruct the thousands of students in the district.
