“Ms. Prasse demonstrates a drive to continuously improve as she has transitioned from serving as a transformative building substitute to leading in her own classroom of 5th and 6th grade students. As these students approach middle school age, they can be especially difficult, especially for young and new teachers — not Ms. Prasse. From her first days working at Roll Hill, she formed deep and enduring bonds with students throughout the school. Watching her willingness to play with them and engage on their terms, it is clear how much she cares for and values them, especially to the students themselves. They work hard in her class and clearly feel capable thanks to her encouragement and support. We are so lucky to have Ms. Prasse at Roll Hill!”
