“She is co-teaching with our Biology teacher and they are ninth graders. She is constantly working with individual students that are behind or disruptive to get them caught up and to cooperate more with the Bio teacher. Erin helps them during our 1st bell intervention time as well to help them improve their grade as well as their behavior in class. She is all in to helping by calling parents, holing conferences, writing letters and finding different ways to help students buy into the lessons and get the work or assignments accomplished. Her strength is Math and though science is not her strongest area she is learning just as much if not more than the students. We could not do without her.”
